1. Subject
Levicon (hereinafter referred to as “LeviconCarpool”) has developed a ridesharing platform accessible via its website at www.leviconcarpool.com and a mobile application. The platform is designed to:
(i) Connect drivers traveling to a specific destination with passengers heading in the same direction to share the journey, ensuring fair and reasonable cost-sharing considering distance, road tolls, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

These Terms and Conditions govern access and use of the Platform. By clicking “Login with Mobile Number” or “Register with an Email Address,” you confirm that you have read and accepted these general conditions.

Additionally, by registering, you consent to the possibility of your account data, including personal information, being transferred to the legal entity operating the Platform. LeviconCarpool reserves the right to restrict access for users found to be violating these terms or conditions in India.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Account: Refers to the user profile that must be created to become a Member and access certain Platform services.
Carpooling Advert: An advertisement posted by a Driver offering a Ride.
Carpooling Trip: The journey advertised by a Driver on the Platform, where Passengers are transported in exchange for a Cost Contribution.
Cost Contribution: The sum requested by the Driver and agreed to by the Passenger to contribute to travel expenses. As per the Government of India, GST at 5 % applies to all Ride costs under GST Heading 9985.
Customer: Any individual booking a Ride for themselves or on behalf of another Passenger.
Driver: A Member offering transport to another individual in exchange for a Cost Contribution for a trip defined solely by the Driver.
GT&Cs of Sale: The General and Special Terms and Conditions of sale of the Operator managing the Trip.
Member: An individual who has created an Account on the Platform.
Passenger: A Member accepting an offer to be transported by a Driver or someone for whom a Member has booked a Ride.
Platform: The digital tool enabling users to publish, search, and book shared rides in the same travel direction.
Price: The total cost, including taxes, fees, and other service-related charges, paid by a Customer for a Seat on a given Trip. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the trip’s start time are non-refundable.
Point of Pick and Drop: The physical pickup and drop-off locations specified by the Driver.
Seat: The passenger space reserved in a Driver’s or Operator’s vehicle.
Services: All services provided by LeviconCarpool via the Platform.
Service Fee: Fees associated with booking a Ride, detailed in the booking summary.
Ticket: The proof of transport contract issued upon booking a Trip, governed by GT&Cs and other stipulated conditions.
Transport Services: The travel services provided by the Operator to a Passenger.
Trip: Refers to any journey facilitated through the Platform.
